On my first online purchase with you for the first time had some reservations, but the experience didn't turn out to be that bad as l anticipated. For my second purchase all went on smoothly and would like to appreciate the team for the professionalism they displayed.
Good online shopping experience. I sent someone to collect the bathtub and mirror l purchased online. However the mirror was not in the Pomona store and Union Hardware resolved the issue by collecting the mirror from the Workington branch. The mirror was then collected on Monday and free transport was provided to my home. Overall lm happy with the service and will definitely shop again. Also found Union Hardware are slightly cheaper than their competitor next door.
