I have enjoyed excellent relations with a number of lenders. Having said that, Union Home Loan (and Lane Scholes specifically) is the best lender I have ever dealt with. Fair and honest. They act quickly and honor the terms they quote. They work with you to understand your needs. They are also creative and, frankly, very personable and enjoyable. They have become more like a partner than lender. Finally, they do exactly what they say they are going to do- and do it with ease and speed.Obviously terms are key, but this is a true partner/lender which really makes a huge difference. I strongly recommend this shop.
