I had a horrible experience shopping here. I ordered replacement lids for my jars on March 13 and received them over a month later. The lids were defective and didn’t fit. I tried to return them, but despite their stated 14-day return policy, I received no valid response from customer support. They claimed it was difficult to convince suppliers and then stopped communicating. I attempted to call, but still no response. This is a scam; I haven’t received a return, replacement, or refund for a defective product. I’m out Rs. 1700 for useless lids.
