I’ve been charged once per year for three years for an auto-renewing subscription, which has added up to over $1,000, despite the fact that we haven’t used the product in years. The auto-renewal language was easy to miss and is buried in the terms and conditions, and there was no clear “confirm renewal” moment that matched the size of the charge.When I reached out to support, they would not refund the past years.
