This is not a review of their product - I am yet to see it.
UPS apparently delivered them - they have not been received.
It is not my problem, to chase with the courier; my contract is with the retailer.
Retailer does not understand this and expects me to remain out of pocket and product for X amount of time, whilst they complete a claim process.
Under UK law this is wrong, so customer service in this scenario is beyond poor.
I hope one day to review the actual product.
