I ordered product on 12/04 and my order amount was $69.06, however when i received my bill they charged my account $86.33. THAT IS $20% more than I agreed to. The package said it was shipped on 12/10 and I didn't receive it until 01/21/2025. The tracking number changed twice and showed different places- when contacting seller, their response on several occas2818ions was "Item shipped- you must be patient"- these were Christmas gifts
