After having placed my order Oct 13th, multiple emails to customer service who every time assured me that the package was on its way - no they tell me that the package has been sent back by my local post office. It does not ens there, they now tell me that I have two choices: 1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund. To me, both options are completely absurd. I have paid the order in full, the company has not delivered and now they want me to pay more? I mean, things happen but having the customer pay for their inability to deliver? I would never place an order here again and would definitely not recommend this company.
