I was fortunate to receive a voucher for an afternoon tea and crafting experience at a well-known soap making venue. Unfortunately, my attempts to book by phone went unanswered. After contacting the support team, I learned that the business owner falsely claimed I had already redeemed the voucher. The service team honored my voucher, extending its validity for another experience, despite the financial loss they incurred.
