Very bad experience with United Alarms. This is a bad company, the tech who came to install a doorbell camera clearly did not know what he was doing. After two and a half hours of failing to be able to sync the camera to my device he told me that there product was no good and I should buy a different one some where else. He took the doorbell out leaving two screw holes in my siding and left. Two days later they charged my credit card for a service call. I called to speak to a manager and got the run around for a week, in that time I was lied to several times and it was clear that there objective was to frustrate me so I would leave them alone. There was a complete lack of professionalism!!!! I finally got through to a manager after a week of insanity and that experience was even worse, no sense of customer service.There has been a ownership change in this company so don't let the years in business fool you. This company is TERRIBLE!!!!!! You should also look at the Better Business reviews on this company, you well get a better sense of how they treat there customers.Do not use this company, you will regret it!!!
