I strongly urge anyone considering United Home Warranty to think twice before purchasing a plan. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I paid for a home warranty expecting peace of mind, but when I needed reimbursement for repairs, the company completely failed to follow through. I was told—more than once—that a check had been “priority mailed,” yet I never received anything.
What’s even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. My calls have gone unanswered, and they have also ignored outreach from my Realtor. At this point, it feels like they are intentionally avoiding resolving the issue.
From what I’ve experienced—and after seeing similar complaints from others about delayed payments and unresponsive customer service �—I am seriously questioning the legitimacy of this company.
I paid for a service that has not been delivered, and instead of support, I’ve been met with excuses and silence. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
