On Jan 28, HVAC RPE LLC dispatched a couple of technicians to inspect an intermittent issue with my furnace. They diagnosed a problem with a zone control sensor, leaving it out before departing my residence. I was told that their parent company (Motili Inc) and United HW need to discuss a way forward before they can replace it.
On Feb 10, I reached out via United HW's "24/7" claims service email to ask for an update.
On Feb 13, I still hadn't heard back, so I sent another email to their claims department.
I've now reached out 3 times for a resolution without hearing anything back from UnitedHW. I'm questioning what it is I'm paying for at this point. Please avoid this company. I can't even get a hold of someone to tell me whether the claim is covered or not.
