Do NOT trust this company with your belongings.I originally left them a good review because the customer service and pickup seemed fine, but that was a huge mistake. I’m updating this after seeing how they actually handle your things, and it’s a complete nightmare.I moved from another country to California. I purchased all my belongings four months before my move to Virginia and I paid United Prime Van Line, including two months of storage, expecting my belongings to be kept safe. Instead, what I got back was shocking. My bedframe was completely broken. My brand-new mattress was ripped apart and destroyed. Multiple other items came back damaged, ruined, or in terrible condition. This isn’t just “wear and tear”this is careless, unacceptable handling of someone’s personal property. It honestly feels like my belongings were treated with zero respect. You trust a moving company during a stressful time, expecting them to protect your things. This company failed at the most basic level. I paid them to store and move my items, not to destroy them. Now they’re not taking responsibility of forget the rest of my belonging just my bed-frame and my mattress.I would never use them again, and I strongly warn others: if you care at all about your belongings, do not take the risk with this company.
