I wish I could give zero stars, but that's not an option. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. They quoted a price, but then tried to change it after negotiating with the driver. The initial driver canceled for a better offer and attempted to get money from me directly, which led me to contact the company. The driver was scheduled to arrive at 6 pm and reached out 2 hours earlier asking for payment. When I canceled, feeling cheated, they refused to refund my deposit. It's incredibly frustrating. They mention this in the 'contract', but don't highlight it in conversations. I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will likely be very disappointed.
