I would give zero stars if I could. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. They quoted a price but attempted to change it after negotiating with the driver. The first driver canceled for a better deal and tried to extract money from me directly, which led me to reach out to the company. The driver was supposed to arrive at 6 pm and contacted me 2 hours prior, asking for payment. When I decided to cancel due to feeling cheated, they refused to refund my deposit. It's frustrating. While they mention this in the 'contract', they don't bring it up during conversations. I advise against doing business with them; you will likely be very disappointed.
