They repeatedly switched agents, delayed my case, and provided no meaningful help. Because of their inaction, the IRS continued collection efforts, and I was forced to resolve the matter directly with the IRS myself.It has since come to my attention that numerous consumers have filed complaints against United Tax Defense for similar fraudulent conduct. Their misrepresentation and failure to provide contracted services constitute deceptive and unfair business practices.I am now stuck paying $5000 loan and the IRS they did nothing.
