I spoke to a lovely lady called Donna.C
She was very friendly, understanding and sorted the issue and went through it so everything was understood and so we were on the same page. She listened to what I had to say and sorted it accordingly and she gave good recommendations which would be suited to us and for the different plans.
The wait time was long to get through but once I got through to Donna it was fine. She has great customer service skills and I appreciate her help today.
