According to their tracking my package has been sitting in their warehouse in Burnaby, BC since March 27, 2026. I have no idea when to expect it. Went on their website complaint department. All I got was, "It's in our warehouse." Yes, I know Burnaby. I am traveling in a couple of weeks and I need to know that I will get my luggage on time.
