I live in a new subdivision, and the address is not on google maps. However, every other delivery service can find the address except this company. Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Every few days they send me an email asking for the exact gps coordinates of my home, I send them. 3-4-5 days later I get a message saying that my issue has been resolved, but yet I have no package. So I tell them no it hasn't been resolved, just deliver my package. Then I get a reply 4 days later asking me for my exact gps coordinates again. I give it to them. Yet they don't do anything and I get another email saying that my concern has been resolved. Yet I have no package still. This scenario has happened at least 4 times now with this delivery and I'm getting tired of it.
