They stupidly tried to deliver an item intended for Worcester, MA, USA to Carlstadt, NJ. After I pointed out the error and corrected the zipcode, nothing happened. For over a month I have called, complained, and completed surveys while the item remains "scheduled for redelivery." Many of the responses to my complaints were that the seller hadn't actually sent the item yet, which is untrue.I have canceled the order but am ready to do anything I can to help put this company out of business. I suspect that they are not actually a shipping company at all -- at least, they don't seem to actually deliver the goods they are paid to deliver. If anybody wants to bring a class action suit against them, I'll chip in.
