Do not trust Uniuni with your packages. They lost my package and claimed it was “delivered”. The image of the “delivered” package was of the outside of my apartment building and gave no specification on where the package was left. When I submitted a customer support ticket, they took days to respond and “review” my request for a refund. After waiting for many days, they closed my ticket due to “no further communication on my side”, when they were the ones who were supposed to update me on the status of my refund. I gave them the information they needed, they told me to sit tight and that they would keep me updated on the details of my refund. So I did what they asked and waited, and they closed the ticket on me. I angrily sent in another ticket trying to reattempt getting a refund, and they they closed the ticket on me again, because I did not respond to their request for my information within 48 hours. The first time around, I responded to their request for my information after three days. It is clear that they were just doing anything they could to close the ticket right away and not give me a refund. I have not tried again because it’s now been months since the package was lost and I don’t believe they will be willing to even help me anymore.
