I live in an apartment complex consisting of four buildings and 168 apartments. At first the carrier left my packages in front of my front door. Guy could hardly speak English, but he checked , found my building and left the package where they were supposed to be left. Now whoever delivers here, says package given to reception (a BIG LIE) My package has been delivered inside the business office and also on the windowsill in the mailroom. Anyone can pick up things I’ve paid for. I got a text saying my package was left with me and it wasn’t. Business office is closed on weekends and I checked the mailroom windowsill and it wasn’t there. I’m going to put in a claim for the purchase of my ring that was supposed to be delivered to me today. I called their Customer Service last month and was on hold for SEVENTY minutes and when I was the next to be helped, the connection was broken. This is the worst excuse for a reliable shipping company.
