Rating this company with a 1/5 is too generous because they deserve a zero. How about company like this even stays in business is beyond me and I hope that changes soon so no one ever has to experience their terrible service again. I ordered contact lenses online, with a month and a half supply of daily contacts left at home. I thought that should be plenty to get me through until my new order of contacts come in. But since uni uni was automatically selected as the carrier, I could not have been more wrong. The parcel reached my city after a week, where they then couldn't figure out my address (even though it's pretty much their only job and something a 6 year old can do). They then brought my parcel back to their warehouse where it has been sitting, collecting dust, for over a month since then. After about 30 calls with uni uni and receiving the same useless answers, I decided to just directly call Contacts Express. They answered the phone immediately and are sending a new order through FedEx, free of charge. Resolved my problem within 5 minutes. Almost forgot what its like to deal with actual professionals. Thanks uni uni... better make sure I never use them as a carrier again.Oh and ps: I have been wearing the same pair of daily contacts for over 2 weeks to avoid being completely blind and have had to order a pair of glasses which cost me almost $400. All because Uni Uni is incapable of doing the one thing that is expected of them.
