My experience with Uni Uni has been an absolute disaster. There was only one so-called delivery attempt, but no one ever called, rang the buzzer, or showed up at my address, which is clearly listed in full. Now my tracking says the package is being sent back to the warehouse to “rearrange delivery” in 24–48 hours — but there’s no clear update or communication about what’s actually happening.I spent over an hour on hold just to reach customer service, and when I finally got through, they had no idea about the delivery status or when it would be resolved. The chatbot is useless and only gives automated replies.Overall, terrible service — no accountability, no communication, and no effort to deliver the package properly.
