I am very appaled by this company. I recieven an email delivery confirmation of a photo showing the driver in their car handing my package to some random guy on the street. They just rolled down their window and said hey do you want this. Wtf! I have spend a week of trying to get this resolved but they have no interest on assisting the situation. They do not even have a way to track which driver had which packages so they can't confirm if there is any driver thefts. This is not my first negative with uniuni delivery but this is the first time I wasn't able to retrieve my package.
