Terrible terrible service. Their online forms don’t work. One said they don’t accept email addresses from Telus.net. It takes 30 mins on the phone to get through to an agent who then passes you off, back to the retailer. I kept getting multiple emails and texts advising “failed delivery” and insufficient address. The address was correct yet I had no way to find out what was going wrong and correct it. I spent 3 days getting constant notifications yet felt helpless. Terrible company, amazed they are still in business.
