Package was lost.Customer Service had 30 minutes wait time to talk to somebody.They opened a ticker. Two days later the ticket was closed without resolution.I requested the ticket to be re-opened and (again) two days later it was re-opened.Then (after another 48-hour period) closed again without resolution/comment.There may be a worse logistics company out there, but I cannot think of any.This company and any company using them for shipping should be avoided.
