Horrible! I pulled out of my driveway once to see a package right in the middle of it. I grabbed it and checked my cameras. The delivery guy literally BOWLED it up my driveway from the street and then took a picture with his phone over his shoulder as he walked off. It also wasn’t even boxed. It was all of my items held together with packaging tape. The fact that nothing broke was a miracle. Filed a complaint and never heard back. Second time my package was marked delivered…3 streets over. Luckily I recognized the house and was able to go get it. Filed a complaint. Again, never heard back. Today I went out to my mailbox to check my mail and low and behold a uni uni package is laying INSIDE my flower bed by the mailbox. This company is horrible. Customer service is horrible. Companies need to stop using them
