Honestly, why does UniUni exist??? They are so useless in all aspects. They don't provide updates on packages, their online customer service is in the form of an AI bot that tells you, "Your package is on the way" even though you already know that. My package has been withheld from me for almost two weeks, and that's after it arrived from overseas. Don't bother even calling their number because you'll talk to the crickets on the other end. Everything that the company does is done to rip off the customer, and they shouldn't exist. They are a disgrace to the consumer and nobody should have to experience what it's like to be served by this atrocity of a company.
