I ordered a pair of sneakers as a gift for my brother, no delivery window was given. After a week or so, I received email notification that the package was delivered. I called my brother to tell him that he had a package, as the footwear was a surprise. He looked all over and said he couldn't find anything at any of the doorways to his apartment complex, I immediately called the that was given to me in the delivery email, but the number was inoperable. I used the complaint form from Uni and got a response in two days stating that the package was successfully delivered, and they provided a picture of the package on the ground at God knows where. I contacted the manufacturer as they instructed, they asked for pictures of the delivery address as it clearly shows that it is an incorrect address. UniUni then closed my case as they keep stating it was successfully delivered. I have since disputed the charge with the manufacturer as my brother never received the merchandise and I'm still out the cost.
