They are not truthful! The gift was delayed with the excuse that they couldn't deliver to my address. It's odd since no other service has faced similar issues. When I reached out to express my concern, they claimed they would remake the custom item and ship it within 10 days! Honestly, they never attempted delivery and failed to follow through. It's disappointing, especially as it was a gift for my granddaughter that I'll now have to purchase elsewhere. Not dependable! I had significant problems with them last holiday season too! Caution advised!
