I would rate this service a zero. I received a package where the seal was tampered with and items were missing. When I attempted to report the issue, they requested video evidence to support my claim. I merely asked them to look into the matter. The package was under their responsibility from receipt to delivery, and clearly, it was mishandled, resulting in missing items.
