I completely agree. This is the most frustrating delivery service I've encountered. My package has been in their possession for 24 days. After spending over an hour on hold multiple times, one representative promised to email me with a delivery time that day. Another assured me it would arrive the same day. Unfortunately, neither promise was fulfilled.
