I placed an order that was shipped through a delivery service. I wasn't home and had put my USPS, UPS, and FedEx deliveries on hold for a holiday week. On Thanksgiving Day, I received a notification that my order was out for delivery. I emailed urgently trying to halt the shipment since I live in an apartment without a package room, and the item would be left on my doorstep. I didn’t get a response until 12/8/2025, after the package had already been delivered on a holiday. The customer service simply stated, "looks like this package was delivered - ticket closed."
