This is by far the worst delivery service I have encountered. I'm astonished that they are still operational given the level of package mishandling they permit. I ordered twice from a seller, and both times they employed this service for delivery. My security camera captured the same driver carelessly tossing and kicking my package on both occasions. After the first incident, I reported it and provided video evidence. They apologized and promised to take action, but the same driver repeated the behavior during my next delivery. Reaching customer service is a frustrating ordeal. Be prepared to wait on hold for an hour or more without any real solutions. This company demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and disregard for customers and their belongings. Absolutely dreadful service. I completely concur with others—this is undoubtedly the worst carrier service I have ever experienced.
