This has been the most frustrating shipping experience I've encountered in my 48 years. I placed two orders from different vendors, and both are stuck in their inadequate Chicago warehouse. I've spent a total of 3.5 hours on hold with customer service over three days, only to be told, "we'll submit a ticket." They’ve even closed two of my email tickets without providing any explanation. Their customer service is subpar, and I believe they should be out of business. I wish I could give them negative stars. I ordered my items on 12/3 and have yet to receive anything from either vendor. I've filed chargebacks with my bank and will avoid any products from sellers using this shipping service.
