The automated system is incredibly frustrating. My package is now 6 days overdue. After finally reaching a person on the line, I was promised a follow-up from a hub in NYC or closer to my location. However, as soon as I hung up, the ticket was closed without any resolution. I called again to confirm my ticket was still active, but the automated system either claims they haven't received the package yet, or directs me to a representative where I end up waiting. After a short wait, it abruptly states no one is available and disconnects! All I know is that my package is stuck somewhere between NYC and my location, which is a 9-hour drive, and it's nearly a week late.
