I placed an order for items from overseas on December 1st, expecting them to arrive by Christmas. The packages reached the local facility on December 12th but have not been delivered yet. Today is December 24th. I reached out to the support team and was informed that they cannot provide an estimated arrival time. The last tracking update was from December 13th. The delivery service has been very disappointing.
