Easily the worst delivery service I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. In my experience, they have a 66% rate of package LOSS. So not a 66% on-time delivery rate or late delivery rate—they will LOSE your package the MAJORITY of the time. For reference, carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc lose maybe one package every 500, if that? This company is objectively and statistically HUNDREDS of times worse than any competitor. And their claims system and customer service systems are both broken or obfuscated intentionally to prevent you from ever seeing your goods or getting back your money.
