this delivery service was used by a company to deliver a package to me twice. UniUni sent me an email on both occasions with a picture of the delivered package saying it was delivered. The only way to contact them is by their online customer service. No other way. So I sent an email and a loss report to informed them they delivered to the wrong address. The picture of the doorway was not my door, nor my home. That home was Not even in my neighborhood. This company took two days to reply back to me demanding I send them a picture of my door with the unit number. I did better! I sent pictures of the front and the back of my home, the door itself , a picture of the neighborhood and a google search with the whole address. I haven’t heard a peep! I will be filling with BBB
