They sent me the wrong product 500,000mah wasn't a 500,000mah power got a 20,000 instead I went to report it customer service they wasn't helpful they new response to you email but when you report it to there customer on website page they get back to you i told the what went wrong they sent me advertisement instead of resolving the problem they need to retrain there customer service team its got to be the worst service I experienced in my life worst the amazon with lost parcels. And also they didn't give a time of date when it will arrive
