I have had difficulties to set up an online profile as my phone nr is connected to a previous claim. I'm not sure how realistic that a person has more then one mobile nr unless is a drug dealer... Anyway. -i have had 5 appointments which i have all attended...still no one was able to set up or assist me to set up an online profile. For this reason i have to call if i need update my journal and i am receiving text messagges when i have an appointment. On one occasion when i have been told that during my verification appointment i 'll be helped with the account , just before -christmas the agent couldn1t be asked ...was thinking on -christmas shopping instead -while the security lady forced me to identify the person i have the appointment with and i only seen once,- by seeing only her back!!! she was keep asking "Is she you have the appointment with? but how can i tell by someone's back???!!!!I I am an anxious person and economica difficulties are not helpful and on the top of that it was frightening to be questioned and forced to give an answer withpout giving me the chance to see the persons face. After the agent refused to help me - interestingly is the same person who asked me the day before to go in in order to set upo the online account together!!! - I have called and tried to set it up via phone. The guy on the phone must have misunterstood something and he told me "i'll cut this call if you apply this language". -i asked him what he refferes on and he told me that he won1t repeat the word! i asked him to repeat it because i am sure he is wrong and i want him to repeat because i have the right to defend myself when i have not said anything wrong - he just was frustrated and clearly did not wanted to be at wotk that day. -i have asked to someone look into this phonecall as i feel i have been treated very rudely by this agent and i have been accused of a serious thing which i have not done. -he told me that he will open an investigatrion and that i will be contacted the following week but that never happened. -i am sure the guy didn1t took a note as it would have shown that he have literally bullied me. Unfortunately is not the first occasion that i feel bullied and harrassed by UC staff throught the phone or during my visit in chemsley -wood job center. This organisation should help people but i can tell that they hate people and they have a we against them mentality. However i have decided to contact a solicitor as the case is complex and there are a variety of signs of misconduct, harrasment and bullism.
