I went on to universal credits three weeks ago, instead of getting a payment of £480 i got a payment of £13 as I had to added my disability portion of the benefit.It was their mistake which I admitted, and I had to refund me the money that they had owed me, which took a week but I got it. I was guaranteed. Everything would be sorted out once again. It's my pay day again.And once again, I have been sent £13 out of£480 i should have got again. This is ridiculous. But something so simple is made so difficult by people. Quite obviously incompetent and unable to do their job. I have mental and physical injuries.And still have to keep phone around to do their job for them, because they seem completely unable to do the simplest of maths. Or even read?Having gone through this once already and being told, it was sorted out. I need to go through it on the very next payment. Date goes to show that their negligence is compounding. And there is no excuse for their incompetence
