As I have moved over from ESA to Universiel credit 5 months ago its been hell plus when I phoned universal credit they lies they unprofessionalesm also when you make a complaint they do not care no response they only depart ment they listen to is ombudsman plus these case managers in Belfast are not much better they don't phone as they work from home whay should they 5 mouths of he'll and still continue what good country going to they dogs just bad management and they get big money for nothing
