Absolutely awful! Do anything they can to pass blame on to yourself. So far my entire journal is claims I have not attended appointments or not answered calls however they can not call you on time so you end up sitting waiting for a call all day to then see it has been rescheduled for another day. But you go to check the journal to make sure and there’s that little lie of a message saying “ I have tried to contact you on three occasions blah blah blah” when you know no calls were attempted. I don’t understand how they are trying to help people get jobs and do better in the work place when they can’t even do their own jobs properly.
