Management must have totally changed. I've used this pharmacy for years. The form of Rx supplied here comes from Britain, and is different from the form available in USA. I've been trying to speak with a pharmacist to find out what the Rx directions sent from my doctor are, and whether the British form of the medicine will allow me to comply with those directions. The customer service reps cannot transfer a customer to a pharmacist, but has to leave a message. I did that, and got no reply for 48 hours. I called again, and got a voicemail from the pharmacist, with a return phone number. A call there went into voicemail, but "the user's mailbox cannot accept further messages." I called the main number at 7:30 pm Eastern, and the supervisors had already left the office, so my call could not be transferred to them. Terrible customer service, and THIS IS NEW.
