Customer service is s***! Ordered 9 windows, 3 were the wrong size, called and all I got was I would have to wait, no apology, nothing! Not sure why they measure, windows were short all around, filled with foam and vinyl, not sure how this will save energy bills like they said it would. The windows themselves look good, but the bs that comes with them isn't worth it.
