Ordered five windows to be installed. Two were made wrong and needed to be remade. I didn't hear anything so I called the saleman. He was very short with me and said what do you want me to do. call customer service. Very upsetting that someone making a commision off of you is not willing to help. I called customer service and had to leave a message. Customer service returned my call and the women calling must of had a bad day. She was rude and just said we will get them remade. Of couse we had to pay the remaing balance before they would even come to install them, so we was without to new windows and our money.Two months later after not hearing anything on the replacement windows i again called about the windows. The women I talked to was very nice and told me the windows had been done and ready for install three weeks ago. I ask why we had not been contacted. She said we should have received an email and a phone call to schedule the install. We did not receive either. I ask to talk to someone in management. She told me she would have them call me. The install scheduling manager that called me was very pleasant and understood us being so upset with the service we had received. She said she would follow up on why we were never contacted. Very poor customer service. We do not recomend this company because of the mistakes and lack of customer service.
