I’m an affiliate partner and have been trying to contact Univers du Japon regarding my unpaid 2025 commission. I’ve sent multiple emails over several weeks and also tried reaching out via Facebook and Instagram, but I received no reply.A basic response and a clear payout timeline would help. Very disappointed with the lack of partner support.
