The University of Metaphysics offers an accessible doorway into metaphysical teachings, with coursework that can provide a meaningful foundation for those beginning their path. The program does present expansive material, yet much of it feels like only the surface of what is possible. The late Dr. Masters shared knowledge that had value, though his approach often carried judgment and rigidity that reflect societal conditioning more than the true essence of metaphysics—compassion, inclusivity, and transcendence of limitation.For students who resonate with a more traditional and controlling masculine tone, this program may serve them well. For those seeking a broader, more compassionate, and integrative perspective, there are other paths available. Having walked through years of personal spiritual practice and professional work in both Western medicine and Eastern healing, it became clear that my journey required teachings that honor wisdom without judgment. This is why I chose to continue my studies with a woman-founded program that reflects inclusivity, compassion, and expansion.Overall, I did learn a lot here, though I believe this program could benefit from updates that reflect a deeper compassion, inclusivity and inner world with all people and ways of being in this physical life while connecting with the divine in the nonphysical.
