Company is not honest...

As an experienced and profitable trader already, I thought I would add to my skill set by learning some new strategies. In particular I was interested in swing trading and credit spreads. However, after purchasing the full program both flight path and the options course, I ran into some scheduling conflicts with my family. Additionally, some of the strategies were outside my risk tolerance. However, I went ahead and completed the course material including the day trading program as well as the other trading strategies. I participated for 90 days and the refund policy states within 90 days you can request a refund as long as you have proof of trades and have completed the course work. I actually requested the refund long before I did this. Yet, I went ahead and fulfilled my obligations and did the course work and submitted the proof of trades to their refund form. I have fulfilled all of these requirements and yet the company continues to refuse to answer my phone calls and emails regarding the refund status. The company is dishonest, and while I believe Dan means well, he takes things too personally to the point of his obsession to "make things work", he doesn't stop to think that not every course is suitable for every "family situation". There are many different ways to trade and make consistent profit. I already entered the course as a profitable trader, but their style of trading does not fit my style or schedule. That is the bottom line! They should not withhold a refund from me on the basis that their system is "foolproof". This course cost me and my family $9500. That is my children's money not mine they are taking from. Dan needs to realize that not every person's situation is a perfect fit for his program and not getting this refund is hurting my children's financial future. We have a unique set of circumstances that makes it not compatible. Not even a refund for flight path has been issued, which states there are no requirements other then to request it within 90 days of onboarding which I have done. And yes I called Joel dozens of times to try and rectify the situation as well as Dan, but neither one has returned my calls for months. I am hoping someone at the company will read this review and actually give me a phone call or an email. Please send the refund UOO. We completed your program and I showed the proof of my commitment to the program by doing the work and taking it serious. The issue is not mindset, it is compatibility.
